Our Stance on Abuse️

We have a zero-tolerance policy for network abuse originating from our services. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk email (UBE) or unsolicited commercial email (UCE).
  • Malicious Activity: Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, phishing sites, or engaging in denial-of-service (DoS) attacks.
  • Hacking: Unauthorized attempts to access or compromise systems, networks, or data.
  • Copyright Infringement: Hosting or distributing copyrighted material without permission.

All abuse reports are taken seriously. We will investigate and take appropriate action.


How to Report Abuse

Please include the following information in your report:

  • Source IP Address: The IP address where the abuse originated.
  • Timestamp: The exact date, time, and timezone of the incident.
  • Evidence: Complete and unmodified logs, email headers, or any other relevant proof. For email abuse, full headers are required. For web abuse, provide URLs and log files.

Note: Reports lacking sufficient evidence may not be processed.

Once we receive your report, our team will:

  1. Acknowledge the receipt of your report.
  2. Investigate the claim and analyze the evidence provided.
  3. If the report is validated, we will take appropriate action against the responsible customer.
